Safety: as long as the package is factory sealed, formula stays fresh for 2 years or so from the date of manufacture. Most sellers list the expiration dates of the formula they’re selling so you can be sure your child will use it while it’s still good. My son goes through 2 1/2 cans of formula a week, so if I buy 18 cans with an expiration date six months from now, I know it’ll still be good. If the expiration dates aren’t listed, ask. Likely the seller just forgot- something that’s so easy with a baby around!
