Well, I’m 17 years old..
I’ve never had an accident or any tickets before in my whole 1 year, 2 months and 11 days of having my license..
And I’m basically just freaking out because I have to go to court…
What is going to happen in court?
Do you think he’ll take my license?
How much do you think the fines and the court costs will be?
Please….I’m nervous.

I’ve no idea what will happen in court, but you can call the court clerk’s office and ask how much the cost will be.

My mom & dad tore down their old garage and put up a carport. They also had the backyard cemented. They hired a local contractor to do all the work but they were unaware that they needed to obtain permits. Someone reported them to the city nearly 3 years after the fact. Now they are being charged fines for not having gotten permits. They were told that the carport is too wide and it will have to be redone. They will of course have to paid out of pocket for the correction. Why isn’t the contractor being fined? Isn’t it the contractor’s responsibility to obtain the proper permits before starting the job?

We have some azaleas and other small/medium plants and a couple of taller pines on the sides. Would a mulch of pine bark and fines be OK? Thanks.

Yes, mulch is good. Just make sure that you leave some room between the mulch layer and the base of the plants to prevent diseases at the root crown.(2-6") If you have a problem with ants, youll want to keep the mulch a couple of feet from the base of your house. Ants love the protection that it gives their tunnels so they are more likely to set down roots (hehe) in the mulch and dine in your house.
also, a pine mulch on it’s own will not add much acid to your soil until it is decomposed. Mulch will keep your soil cooler and lessen evaporation so you will need less supplemental water. Make sure that your azalea’s aren’t kept too damp. They hate wet feet.

I have been charged with violating 39:3-10B, driving without licence in New Jersey. I have to appear on court on 16th July. I have valid Indian driving licence (in english), but no International driving permit. I also have valid learners permit.
What are the fines? Is there any chance to win the case by representing case with an advocate?

Your best bet is to check with a lawyer. Anyone who isn’t a lawyer isn’t truly qualified to answer your question. I’ve used them in the past for speeding tickets and got them pled down to no points, so no hike in insurance. I used Anthony Padovani and have listed his website below. And before everyone jumps me – no I’m not Mr. Padovani. It’s only a recommendation.
