I know that a Private Pilot License is required for a single engine aircraft. But what License in required for a twin engine?
Also, any websites that will help me out with what the budget of it is. As I’m from the UK, only UK Sites please if it has prices.
Any site please if it has a lot of information about it all.
I fly in the UK because I’m FROM the UK and thats where I live. I’m not going to U.S to fly a plane.
A Private Pilot Licence, with a multi-engine rating. A typical twin engine training aircraft will cost approximately the equivalent of $ 2,200-2,500 per hour.

I new to my state and just received a new drivers license, turning in my old one. I am going to get insurance in my new state and would like to receive a good driver discount. I do not know my old drivers license numbers…I have lived in 3 states over 5 years. Will they be able to see my full driving record with my new license number or do I need to request an abstract from the prior two states?
No, you’re driving record is not carried over from state to state because when they issue points, it relates to a certain jurisdiction and will not be relevant to out of state citations. BUT, if something is fishy, or the cop is trying to dig up dirt on you, he can easily find out what state you were living in previously and call them or use their onboard computer to request any background information from other state police. But for them to search outside of their own state records is not typical protocol unless you piss him off

do i need a commercial license or a instrumental license.
as long as nobody is paying you for the flying, such as youre a salesman that needs something faster than a car, you need a private pilot certificate with a multiengine class rating. faa doesnt issue licenses. why would you need something as expensive as a king air if you dont want to get an instrument rating. you don’t need one but you’ll never be able to take advantage of the speed capability without one.

I am throwing parties this summer, at least five or six and i know i need a license to sell tickets but i dont know if its a vendors license or something else. Also, what other licenses might i need at a party with over 200 people, kegs, and events?
On top on what i asked, i live in Elyria, Ohio and the state web site doesnt have anything really. I’m not serving food or alcohol, but there are 4 self serve kegs that are free with paid admission.
liquor license for the alcohol, venders license for selling tickets in public, and active security for more than 50 guest. (the need for security you will have to check with the state or city ordinance). If these events are at an establishment you may not need a liquor license because they may have one. if you’re selling tickets at the door, its considered a private event and no vendors license needed. But you would need some to id, its always safer that way. (they would count as security).

When licensed to fly internationally can you fly an ultralight? I ask because the rules defining an ultralight very from nation to nation. It seems like if you are licensed for a larger plane then anything smaller would be ok also, but not sure. Alternately, could you license an ultralight as a sport plane or regular plane. The idea is ultralights are CHEAP.
you do not need a certificate (license) to operate a ultralight.

(a) there are no restrictions and
(b) the letters O and I are not used?
(c) What is the probability of selecting at random a license plate that ends in an even number?
A)
26^2 times 10^3 = 676,000
B)
24^2 times 10^3 = 576,000

All plates end in a digit 0-9, half of which are even.
You have a 1/2 probability of getting an even one at random.
