We have been discussing goal setting, and I am looking for unique ways for them to reward themselves for small (and large) accomplishments. Most of them have no spending money.

Establish simple and easy-to-do exercise programs. Aerobics should be the primary exercise. Include stretching and weightlifting.
Make the exercises REAL exercises. You do not need equipment. Pool exercises are NOT real exercises.

Their reward will be a stronger body, healthier and a lot happier!

Why should you reward them for doing their job? The fact that they don’t report the hundreds of functioning rigs that don’t have a problem is hardly the sign of good journalism.

I just do not know how deal with other ethnicities since grew up in the middle of nowhere in North Dakota. Please help in anyway you can!
