How can geriatric patients reward themselves for reaching goals?

I work with a large group of geriatric patients, many of them are nursing home patients, most of them are not very mobile. We have been discussing goal setting, and I am looking for unique ways for them to reward themselves for small (and large) accomplishments. Most of them have no spending money.

Establish simple and easy-to-do exercise programs. Aerobics should be the primary exercise. Include stretching and weightlifting.
Make the exercises REAL exercises. You do not need equipment. Pool exercises are NOT real exercises.

Their reward will be a stronger body, healthier and a lot happier!
