How should I reward south american work crew?
I am currently having my house painted and the crew is predominately mexican with one colored boy running the show. Now since I can’t speak their native language ( including the black boy) there is no way for me to reward them for their hard work out in the hot sun. Should I put out cookies? tacos? cornbread? I just do not know how deal with other ethnicities since grew up in the middle of nowhere in North Dakota. Please help in anyway you can!

I live in North Dakota. Where did u live? To answer your question, You don’t have to cook their ethnic foods. I think the best thing you could do is whoop up some homemade meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes & gravey. Just put hot sause(the hotter the better) on the side. You could also serve them chips & salsa until dinner or supper is ready. If you really want to treat them, bake an apple pie. Everybody loves apple pie. Besides that, the whole course is easy to prepare w/ in 1/2 hr. Just don’t ever serve them alcohol.

Money. They are a long way from home to support their families. And make sure they have cold water and a case of cold Gatorade. I bought some for the guys that did my roof and they were happy.
